There is something special about a Kindergarten Graduation ceremony- Innocence retrained, journeys begun and dreams waiting to be achieved.
BOMIS LB Nagar celebrated Kindergarten Graduation Day on March 4 ,2023. The programme commenced with lighting the lamp of education by the principal, vice principal, pre primary center head, coordinator and grandparents.
The center head - Ms. Parvati welcomed the parents with warm greetings.Our K1 BOMISIANS have performed a spectacular foot tapping dance number and K2 BOMISIANS sang a beautiful 'Thank you' song. These performances showcased their skill they have learned during their time in pre-primary school.
The most important part of the day- Graduation Ceremony started with the smart tiny tots of pre primary dressed in graduation robes and caps walking the aisle.
The Principal - Ms. Paanchali Dasgupta Sahu in her convocation address, congratulated the graduates on their achievements and also believed that these children can move mountains. Also appreciated teachers for their dedication and hard work in shaping the students through education and other co-curricular activities.
The Principal and the Vice principal - Ankita Banerjee felicitated the students with the Certificate of Graduation.
It was indeed a joyous and memorable day for not only the little ones but also a proud moment for the parents and the mentors as they witnessed their children receiving their KG Graduation Day certificates.
A parent also shared her experiences and expressed her gratitude for the support she received from the BOMIS family.
The fun-filled program came to an end on a cheerful note with an oath taking ceremony which brought smiles on the faces of our new little graduates.
The programme concluded with the vote of thanks by the Kindergarten Coordinator, Ms. Vijaya followed by National anthem.
Diwali is a festival of lights which signifies the victory of good over evil, knowledge over ignorance and light over darkness.Our G4 and G3 students participated in Diya Making Activity as a part of CCA.They displayed their joy and happiness by converting simple mud diyas into bright and colourful ones with lots of enthusiasm.
From darkness to the light that empowers us to commit ourselves to good deeds, that which brings us closer to divinity.
The celebration of Diwali,'The festival of lights' came alive when the morning assembly started with the students of Grade III TO VI who sang a "Happy Diwali" song which brought out the essence of the festival -celebration of life and goodness.
The students talked about the significance of the festival - how good always conquered the evil and also about why and how Diwali is celebrated across India.
Besides sensitizing students to the ill-effects of crackers, they also shared the guidelines on being safe while bursting them with poster presentation.
The students showcased the spirit of Diwali through a mesmerising dance performance by the students of grade V and VI.
The grade IV students showcased their talent with special Diwali cards which was a part of the card making activity in school and presented them to our beloved Principal ,Vice principal and to few other teachers.
Principal wished Happy Diwali on behalf of Management and staff.
Students of grade IX went on a field trip to NRSC (National Remote Sensing Centre) Jeedimetla campus, Hyderabad.The NRSC staff assessed students based on their knowledge on satellites and space technology. They also spoke about different generations of satellites such as the PSLV and GSLV. She explained the utility of space technology developments in recent times and how they benefit humankind. A visual aid on the stages of a satellite sent into the Space grabbed the students’ attention. They also viewed models of launch engines and satellite images across different areas of Earth. The trip was both enriching and entertaining.

We are extreamly happy to announce that our little champs made us proud by winning medals for our school in skating.
A.Suhan Grade I Alpha secured 2nd position in inline skating in Mahabubnagar Dist championship.
Laasya priya Reddy - II Delta secured 2nd position in inline skating in Nalgonda District championship.
Laasya Priya from - II Delta secured 3rd position in inline skating in SFA championship.
